Atendee engagement

  • App users visit the booth of each participating exhibitor
  • Exhibitors promote or provide product demo to attendee
  • App user receives secret treasure hunt code
  • App user is then prompted to fill out short review questionnaire
  • Attendee is entered into a drawing once all treasure hunt codes are received
  • Winners are announced through the app and directed to exhibitor to receive prize
  • The number of winners is equal to the amount of participating exhibitors
  • Exhibitors receive a feedback report from questionnaire polling
  • A portion of the revenue is used toward the purchase of prizes
  • Recommended prizes include: gift cards, gift certificates, iPads, electronics, trips, etc.

How it Works

  • Based on the theme selected, an icon is setup in the event app listing each participating exhibitor with their logo.
  • Users visit the participating exhibitors/area and collect a code during visit. Codes are entered into the app and that exhibitor/area is crossed off.
  • Exhibitors/areas have the ability to setup 1-3 polling questions as a marketing survey that is presented to the user when they enter the code.
  • At a determined date and time, users are selected as winners from a drawing and announced through the mobile app. Information on where to pick up prizes is also included.

Option 1:

5-10 Exhibitors Participate

Each exhibitor pays an entrance fee to participate ($3,000-$5,000 Range). A portion of the revenue from participation sponsorships goes toward purchase of a prize for each participating exhibitor. Users visit all participating exhibitors displayed. User enters each code into the mobile app to be entered to win a prize and completes polling questions. Proceeds from participating exhibitor sponsorship/game is split between Invisage and Event Organiser. Mobile app game can be used to supplement a legacy paper contest.

 

Option 2:

More Than 10 Exhibitors Participate

Each exhibitor pays an entrance fee to participate ($3,000-$5,000 Range). A portion of the revenue from participation sponsorships goes toward purchase of a prize for each participating exhibitor. Users visit as many participating exhibitor displays as they can/wish. For each exhibitor visited and code entered, attendee receives a chance to win one of the prizes. Proceeds from participating exhibitor sponsorship/game is split between Invisage and Event Organiser.

 

Option 3:

Flat Fee In-House Game

Event Organiser may purchase a mobile app Scavenger Hunt game for $5,000 flat fee using existing themes. Event Organiser is responsible for arranging for or securing prizes. This option is for in-house purposes only (e.g., attracting visitors and attendees to membership booths, association bookstore, exhibit booth registration, etc.)
