YOUR SCHEDULE
How you organise your time at conference or trade show can be challenging. Not only are there sessions and speakers that you want hear, there are also business lunches, dinners, and meetings that aren't on the official schedule. Our apps let you build your show schedule the way you want and see everything together, without being online.

Simply view the event schedule on your phone and with one tap add the events you wish to attend to your favorites and they are automatically added to your schedule.


EVENT FLOOR PLANS AND EXHIBITORS
Never get lost again. That alone would be a fantastic time saver for large trade or consumer events. But we can do more: mark exhibitors you want to see and they will be highlighted on the event floor plan.

Want to know more about an exhibitor? Simply click their booth on the floor plan to access information such as contact details, company profile and promotional material.

Tired of carrying around handfuls of product literature? Exhibitors can simply upload their product handouts through an online interface for you to download and view via the app, or simply email to yourself (or colleagues) to refer to later.


SESSIONS & SPEAKERS
Some events present complex programs, some events present only a few, regardless of the scale or complexity of the event you are attending - our apps provide you with the ability to research speakers, tag sessions and add them all to your schedule with a click of a button.

  • Tag events you want to go to and they are automatically added to your schedule.
  • Rate sessions, ask questions and leave comments on completion of each session.
  • Take notes on each session then email them to yourself at any time
  • Use the Speaker list to make sure you do not miss a session given by a favourite presenter.

Want their session handouts? We have that covered too. Each session can contain downloads session downloads and speaker abstracts for you to access before, during and after the event.


SOCIAL MEDIA
We all know social media is here to stay and Follow Me integrates it right in with our own unique spin.

Because you don’t have to be online to use Follow Me, our twitter tab downloads information whenever you are online then lets you read it at your leisure, even when you have no internet or data connection.
